This website is operated by Devi Treats. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Devi Treats. By using this website and purchasing any program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Responsibility:
You are required to pay the full price agreed upon for any program, regardless of whether you leave, do not complete it within the provided timeframe, or do not use the program at all.
For payment plans, you remain responsible for the full purchase price originally agreed upon, even if you choose to terminate your agreement before completing the term.
Non-Refundable Payments:
Payments for online or any other program are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Charge Disputes:
By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to dispute charges already paid, regardless of the payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer).
Installment Plans:
If you require a payment plan, all installment payments must be made in full as per the original agreement.
Termination before completion requires the full investment to be paid.
Program Modifications:
Devi Treats reserves the right to modify program content, delivery methods, and schedules without notice.
Devi Treats retains the right to provide pre-recorded content if necessary, even if live sessions are typically included.
Values:
No participation while intoxicated.
Zero tolerance for harassment.
The values below are integral to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
If broken, Devi Treats can terminate the participation to any of the program without further notice.

Participant Obligations:
Participants must inform Devi Treats of any medical issues, including mental illness or psychosis; Provide an emergency contact, such as a therapist or trusted individual.
Failed Payments:
Access to online content is revoked until the payment is resolved.
If payment remains overdue for more than two weeks, participants cannot attend live classes.
Multiple Failed Payments:
To ensure fairness:
A 50€ fee will be applied to cover administrative costs if payment is not made within 14 days.
Continued payment issues may require prepayment for future participation.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non-refundable, and participants are responsible for the full price of the program, even if they choose to leave or do not complete the program.
Installment plans must be paid in full, and no early termination is allowed. By agreeing to these terms, participants waive the right to dispute any charges made, regardless of the payment method.
