HEART
TEN-WEEK ONLINE IMMERSION
Currently not scheduled.
Yogic Values
Yoga Sādhana—Sangaḥ
Expand your Being
—Into Universal Alignment, Integrated Wisdom & Deeper Harmony.
Over the duration of ten weeks, we will come together to inquire, practice, and implement yogic values into our lives.

So your heart may bloom—like the heart of a yogi.

A gentle and deep space where nurturing rhythm, practice, and timeless wisdom flow together — carrying you beyond the mat to inspire the life you live.
The 3 Pillars
Sādhana—Śravaṇam—Sangaḥ

Sādhana
Anchoring into Practice

Sadhana is a deliberate spiritual discipline that is sustained and nurtured over time and leads us from unconscious, mechanical behaviour into conscious, purposeful living.
In Heart of a Yogi, our Sadhana weaves together yoga āsana, somatic movement, relaxation meditation, mantra meditation (japa) and simple prāṇāyāma techniques. Both the opening and closing sessions will include a guided ritual, invoking the unseen factor of grace to bless our journey.
The yoga practice is rooted in traditional Haṭha Yoga. Our approach emphasizes accessibility and balance, making it easy to integrate into your weekly—or even daily—routine, while ultimately creating space for the deeper yoga to unfold.
Resting on the timeless principles of dharma, these practices invite deeper alignment and harmony to emerge with ease.
Śravaṇam
Opening to Universal Truth
Shravanam means deep listening — to the Vedic teachings that help us see ourselves, the world, and the divine with greater clarity. In this immersion, our inquiry centers on understanding the universe in the form of dharma and universal values.
In the Vedic vision, dharma is that which upholds ṛta — the cosmic order or natural harmony present in everything: from the circles and cycles of the seasons, to the inherent moral order, to the flourishing of our body, mind, and individual lives. By repeatedly listening to these teachings, this vision gradually sinks in — layer by layer — until the recognition and reverence for the universal order becomes irrefutable and begins to shape the way we live. As this understanding takes root, we naturally align more fully with this order, bringing greater harmony to both our daily life and life as a whole.
The values chosen for Heart of a Yogi are meant to give you a clearer understanding of how to approach your life from a place of deeper truth and integrity.

Saṅgaḥ
Reflected by Sacred Mirrors

Sangah refers to the companionship we cultivate along the spiritual path — having others alongside who we share the same values and aspirations with is fundamental to support our growth.
The Sangah offers a space where the teachings can be reflected upon and integrated into the circumstances of our daily lives. By speaking and listening from a place of deep presence, we move beyond our personal stories and allow our deeper truths to surface. This field of sacred reflection strengthens our personal understanding, inspires one another, and helps us become a living expression of the principles we study.
In Heart of a Yogi, we gather each Saturday after class in a sharing circle — a space of mutual honor to reflect on your experiences and insights. Between sessions, our Telegram group keeps the connection alive, making it easy to exchange thoughts, ask questions, and share discoveries. Together, this framework supports your journey on and off the mat.
To deepen inner calm and focus we begin each session with our practice. From that state of increased receptivity we dive into the timeless wisdom of the Yogic & universal values. During Saturday sessions we continue diving deeper into self-inquiry during sharing circles.

About Mora
My heart has always longed for depth, truth, and real harmony — for a life guided by purpose, rooted in integrity, and in intimate alignment with the infinite intelligent order of all that is.
Twelve years ago I discovered yoga, embracing its wisdom intuitively for many years, until I met my teachers in 2019 in Bali. From there, I found myself on a path of rooted, integrated guidance. From the first moment, I knew that I had finally arrived — that the teachings of the Vaidika heritage would lead me towards the life I had been longing for.
I have been immersing myself in years of deep, focused study of traditional Vaidika Dharma and Advaita Vedānta (Non-Duality) along with somatic and feminine embodiment practices, shaping a life of profound commitment to integrate and embody the timeless wisdom they offer.
Spending several years following in-depth online courses from my former home in Bonn, Germany, while regularly traveling to Bali for months of daily study with my teachers, I eventually chose to fully follow my heart and move to Bali — to live in the grace of my teachers and Sangah, where the shared and lived wisdom of this tradition continues to root itself as an unwavering anchor in these complex times.
Guided and blessed by my teachers, I share what has been leading me, them, and countless spiritual seekers for thousands of years — values, knowledge, and practices — to live a life both in relative and absolute harmony.

With over 900 hours of formal training including traditional Haṭha Yoga, Āyurveda, Vedic Wisdom, Advaita Vedānta, Meditation, Prayers, Mantraḥ Chanting, Rituals, Feminine Embodiment, Sacred Sexuality, Inner Child Work, and Nervous System Regulation — supported by hundreds more hours of daily study and steady personal practice — I stand clear and steady in my values and life’s aspirations. Having taught my first classes 10 years ago, I have allowed these teachings to mature in me through experience, guidance, and continuous refinement.
Inspired and nurtured by the profound depth and lightness of the Vedic tradition, my heart blossoms to pass on its wisdom to you.
May We All
Become our own best friend,
Blossom within universal alignment,
Shine as the jewel that we are,
& Discover Fullness as our essential nature.
Taking One Prayerful Day at a Time.
